A Gold medallist Engineer from Mumbai University, an academician with thorough knowledge about the different streams of School Education. Started her career as a Teacher and eventually decided to contribute in the system as an Entrepreneur and contribute through her immense subject knowledge. Every child is different and needs to be taken care accordingly. Building confidence in a child through creating multiple platforms in line with their areas of interest can instil confidence and make them independent individuals tomorrow. Contributing as an Academic Head and leading a team of around 100 teachers and other heads of the departments.
Nidhi Srivastava
A passionate entrepreneur with more than 10 years of contribution in the School Education. Has independently setup the administrative and academic practices in multiple schools. An MBA in finance, B.Ed. and having completed various leadership programmes from Harvard Business School and IIM Ahmedabad, Ms. Nidhi is very humble, down to earth and open to ideas which may bring in the improvement in the system.

An eminent professional, educationist and nationalist, Prof. Ajay Srivastava has gained a prominent position in society due to the exemplary work he has done in his career. His raise to prominence in such a short span can be attributed to his strong will power, calibre, conviction, dedication and leadership quality. Mr. Ajay Srivastava comes from a humble background. he nurtures a sense of pride in his roots that lie in the great tradition and glorious Indian culture. Ajay Pandita
A highly passionate individual and believer in India's rich Heritage, Culture, & Traditions. A School is a Temple of Education which is sacred and the modern education system should inculcate the fundamentals of ancient India Gurukul system in the schooling mechanism. An Engineer by profession and having worked for 22 years in Information Technology for corporates like IBM & Accenture, shifted his field to contribute towards bringing betterment in School Education system and has been contributing in the field since around 10 years.

With nearly three decades of dedicated service, armed with a passion for education and an unyielding commitment to fostering learning, being a postgraduate in Physics, over 27 years, an educator with a diverse teaching background across multiple educational boards, including the State Board, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education), Cambridge, and IB (International Baccalaureate).

Throughout her career, has embraced opportunities as a Teacher, Teacher trainer, and Curriculum developer. Her philosophy centers on empowering students to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and adept problem-solvers. She believes in using a variety of engaging and motivating approaches to keep students enthused about learning and equip them with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.
